They Love Us

We love Green Valley Veterinary Care and Dr. Matthews! They are all extremely knowledgeable and it gives us peace of mind. We love the updates and the ability to send photos with our concerns. We love the straight forward mentality the staff has. Literally all of the staff are amazing. We especially loved the lady who discharged us and helped us with payment options. I don't remember her name but she was wonderful. Everyone was wonderful as always. The obvious love and care for their patients is undoubtedly the most comforting feeling.

The staff was super friendly and very informative! I was nervous as a first time pet owner but they made me feel extremely comfortable. My kitty’s helpers and doctor were amazing! 😻 The follow up texts and calls were so informational!

I love the doctors and staff at Green Valley. They all truly care about the wellbeing of the animals, and I have the ultimate trust in their guidance. I especially appreciate how they listen to concerns and ask questions to ensure they have all the necessary info and how much they love on the animals and take into consideration building a relationship with them of trust. Fantastic care! Izzy needed seen asap and they did not hesitate to see her. It was our first visit with them. We now have a new veterinarian, Greenvalley Veterinary. Great care, attention to Izzy and you know what the price of EVERYTHING will be upfront. They make you feel comfortable making the pricing decisions throughout the care, not getting a surprise when you check out. The entire staff from initial phone call to checking out were amazing, professional and caring people. Very happy how throughly the vet checked Izzy out personally. The entire staff, but especially Dr. Matthews is so caring. Dr Matthews is the reason I came back after having to put my last dog down. We brought our beloved first dog there and learned that he had cancer and his life was nearing the end. When we got our new puppy several months later, I couldn't bring myself to return to Green Valley because of the trauma of losing our beloved dog. After going to another vet, I was longing to return to Green Valley where I felt heard, supported, educated, and cared for. So thankful to have Dr.Matthews in the area to care for our pets.

Dr. Mathews and team are wonderful. My dog has anxiety and other issues and they help him feel at ease by the way they talk to him, hold him on table and their overall approach with him. The office is super clean and doesn't smell like a vets office. All of them are wonderful! But especially Dr. Mathews. On our 1st visit, 2-3 years ago, Bruno laid down in the room like he was at home. And after chatting with Dr. Mathews, I knew I had found the right place for Bruno. The team shows they care about their clients and the office by the way cleanliness of the office to how they treat your pet. How they have helped my dog feel at ease.

Green Valley Veterinary Care provided exceptional service for my cat Spooky. Their attentive and compassionate staff made sure he was comfortable and healthy. Highly recommend!

Doctor Mathews and her staff are so professional and caring. They kept me informed of my kitty's progress through her surgery and afterwards, too. I'm grateful to them for what they did for my kitty.

I felt the need to leave an amazing comment as they deserve THE BEST !!!!’ I take both my dogs here and even the barn cats !!! My female staffy is a senior and I trust only them for her surgery this year !! They also performed a sedated wound care of my barn cat with an abscess (they even asked me if I wanted to see the drainage) how cool was that!!!? When, my sister went to pick her up for me they had her out loving her. My rescue Jackson had a tumor (appeared to have cancer characteristics) that needed removed and sent to patho. I was in tears !!! They took amazing care of him. Sent me pictures and even made updates of my boy!!!! He had a large incision to make sure he had the entire mass and tentacles removed and he healed flawlessly - I couldn’t believe it with him being such a young active boy. She couldn’t have done any better getting such a nasty growth. I also am no where near financially capable of spending hundreds on a dime and they always talk price with me so I know what I’m in for! They do accept certain types of vouchers, so please do not disregard their services and check them out ! Your pets will get the best care and so will you !!
